At Blends Technology, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality laptops and electronics. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Blends Technology does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.
Faulty or Defective Items (7-Day Reporting Window)
If your device develops a technical issue:
You must report the issue within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Any issue reported after 7 days will not be eligible under this policy.
Resolution Process
If a valid issue is reported within 7 days:
Our technicians will inspect and verify the problem.
If confirmed, we will provide:
Repair of the device, or
Replacement with a similar device (depending on availability)
Note: Refunds are not offered. Resolution is strictly through repair or replacement.
Warranty Coverage
We offer warranty based on the type of product purchased:
Ex-UK (Refurbished) Laptops: 6 Months Warranty
Brand New Laptops: 1 Year Warranty
The warranty covers hardware defects that are not caused by user damage.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
The warranty will be valid only if:
The device is used under normal conditions
There is no physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering
The original receipt or invoice is provided
No unauthorized repairs have been attempted
What Warranty Does NOT Cover
Physical or accidental damage
Liquid or moisture damage
Software issues caused by the user
Power surge or electrical damage
Wear and tear (battery life, accessories, etc.)
Important Notice
By purchasing from Blends Technology, you acknowledge that:
No money is refundable
All issues must be reported within 7 days
Warranty is limited to repair or replacement only as per the relation of the damage
