At Blends Technology, customer satisfaction and transparency are very important to us. We therefore encourage all customers to carefully inspect, test, and confirm any product before completing payment. This policy is designed to protect both the customer and our business, and to avoid misunderstandings after purchase.
No Refund Policy (Strict)
Blends Technology operates a strict NO REFUND policy.
Once a product has been successfully purchased and full payment has been made, the transaction is considered final and complete. Money will NOT be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase

Dissatisfaction after leaving the shop

Incompatibility with personal software or usage needs

Failure to fully inspect the product before payment

Customer preference issues (size, color, model, performance expectations)
By proceeding with payment, the customer confirms that they have thoroughly checked and accepted the product in its current condition.
Customer Inspection & Acceptance
Before payment is made, customers are:

Allowed and encouraged to inspect the device physically

Allowed to test functionality, performance, and condition

Allowed to ask questions about specifications and usage
Once payment is completed, it is taken as full acceptance of the product by the customer, and no refund requests will be entertained thereafter.
Exchanges & Warranty (If Applicable)
While we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or warranty support may be provided only if explicitly stated at the time of sale and strictly under the following conditions:

The issue must be a verified hardware fault and reported within 72 hours of the day of purchase

The issue must be reported within the agreed warranty period (if provided)

The product must not show signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse
Any exchange or repair decision is at the sole discretion of Blends Technology after technical inspection.
Ex-UK & Open Box Products
Please note that many of our products are Ex-UK or Open Box items. These products:

May show minor cosmetic signs of use

Are tested and confirmed fully functional before sale

Are priced accordingly to reflect their condition
Cosmetic wear does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Online Orders & Deliveries
For online or delivery orders:

Customers are advised to confirm product details before ordering

No refunds will be issued once payment is confirmed and the item is dispatched

Any concerns must be raised before delivery confirmation

By purchasing from Blends Technology, whether in-store or online, the customer acknowledges that they have:
